At SwitchKeys, we want to ensure your mechanical keyboard experience is perfect. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal request.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the electronics in their original packaging, ensuring all switches, keycaps, and cables are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the hardware for functionality and wear, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
