How long does shipping take for in-stock items?
Orders for in-stock components and peripherals are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international transit times vary by destination.
What is the difference between a Group Buy and an In-Stock purchase?
A Group Buy is a pre-order for a product that hasn't been manufactured yet, allowing for custom designs and niche layouts. In-stock items are ready to ship immediately from our warehouse.
Do you offer a warranty on electronic components like PCBs?
Yes, all our PCBs and electronic components come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty against defects. Please test your PCB using a key-tester before soldering to ensure full functionality.
What is your return policy for mechanical switches?
We accept returns on unused and un-lubed switches in their original packaging within 30 days. We cannot accept returns for switches that have been soldered or modified.
Do you provide international shipping and cover customs fees?
We ship worldwide to most countries. Please note that customers are responsible for any local import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees that may be applied by their country's customs office.
Can I cancel my Group Buy order?
Group Buy orders can be cancelled for a full refund during the active GB period. Once the GB has ended and production has begun, we can no longer offer cancellations or refunds.
